Pack Shed Manager
This role will be responsible for maintaining harvest records, tracking inventory, and working with the farm owner to manage tasks and workers in the packhouse. They will be trained to facilitate the timely completion of CSA prep lists, wholesale orders, and farmers market prep. This job is primarily in the packhouse but may assist the harvest team and aid in other duties as necessary.
This person should have at least two years experience working on a farm, be detail oriented, efficient and able to communicate effectively and professionally with the farm owners and staff. You should like lists, vegetables, and people.
Bilingual candidates speaking Spanish are strongly desired.
In addition to on-farm work, this role will work the farmer’s market on Saturday mornings.

Compensation
$16-$25 / hours 30- 45 hours per week
Time and half overtime after 40 hours/ week
5 paid vacation days in season ( March-Nov)
